Home Maintenance Assessment and Pre-Sale Homme Evaluations are invaluable services to either point-out crucial areas in home maintenance and to consult on, evaluate and discuss with the homeowner the principal elements in home sale. The Pre-Sale Home Evaluation is experience-based walk-through a house and discussion with the homeowner (sometimes in a presence of the listing real estate agent) addressing PRINCIPAL AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT before the sale, its timing and feasibility while eliminating unnecessary expenses.

The Pre-Sale Home Evaluation IS NOT a Home Inspection (which is Inspecta Pro's separate service and has been used by homeowners to be smartly step ahead in the sale process).

Both services are followed by a short summary report emphasizing the recommendations saving money and speeding up the sale!

Many times, this Evaluation is followed by Home Inspection which any Real Estate Agent who really wants to sell - and I mean, REALLY wants to sell, puts a pdf. format of the Inspection Report in the Supplementals of the listing. The effect of that oftentimes results in going under contract in 10 days.

Home Maintenance Assessment

This is a walk-through the Home and Property with the homeowners to point out areas that need some TLC, but also address safety issues and maintenance solutions to avoid future costly repairs. Our experience in home maintenance and repairs combined with our Certified Home Inspection practice deliver a list in order of importance. It's a very popular service with tips and practical, 'PREVENTIVE' solutions, especially before winter. Usually 60-90 minutes walk- through, depending on the size of the property.

Price: $225.00 - $275.00

Travel Add-on of $100.00 for Grand, Summit and Park Counties applies.

Pre-Sale Home Evaluation

THE BEST VALUE SERVICE IN TODAY'S REAL ESTATE MARKET!

90% of the time, Nick saves the home seller between $25,000 to $35,000 in avoided expenses and unnecessary delays. There was an instance in Silverthorne where the 'avoided cost' of remodeling, which was mostly reduced to repairs and refinishing totaled $78,000 in estimated costs! Following our advice, the repairs and improvements were finished in 27 days AND THE HOUSE SOLD ABOVE THE ASKING PRICE THE FOLLOWING WEEK WITH ZERO CONTINGENCY ISSUES AT THE CLOSING.
